The workflow

One drawing.
Every part in view.

Import an outline, set up the components, and check each part before you download the drawings.

  1. 01 / INPUT

    Import

Start with a DXF outline, or set the dimensions of a Standard Box.

  2. 02 / SETUP

    Configure

Set depth and offsets, assign vinyl colors, and draw rear supports where needed.

  3. 03 / CHECK

    Inspect

Inspect each component and resolve the reported issues before reviewing the files for download.

  4. 04 / OUTPUT

    Download

Download reviewed DXF files individually or as a package. Check the geometry in your CAD/CAM software before cutting.

Automatic saving

Your job saves automatically in this browser at this site address. Undo and redo let you step through changes.

Save a named version

Give the current version a name before trying a different setup. You can return to that version later.

Take the job with you

Download a portable job to continue editing in another browser or hand it to a colleague. Keep a copy as a backup for the job saved in your browser.

Before you start

A few practical
questions.

What can I start with?

Import a DXF drawing for a letter or other outline, or start with a rectangular Standard Box. Letter mode works from geometry; it is not a font or text generator.

What can I download?

Download component DXFs individually or as a package after reviewing the current job. The available files depend on your components and the checks they pass. Download a portable job separately to keep editing later.

Where are my jobs saved?

Jobs stay in the browser and site address where you created them. They do not sync to the cloud. Download a portable job before switching browsers or site addresses, or clearing browser data.

Are the files ready to cut?

Check the exported geometry in your CAD/CAM software before cutting. Side strips can overlap, and holes along curves can be too close together. Lighting previews do not verify lighting performance or certify a sign.

Does it support folded boxes?

Standard Box is available. Folded Box is planned and is not part of the current workflow.
